Great Lock, Instructions Lacking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The written instructions and the online videos were great for installation. However, it would be helpful to have instructions on how the key lock works with the floating tumblers.

Easy access for friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Same lock five years ago and used it on my Airbnb, which was great! Never had a problem always able to change the code and my customers loved it. End up buying another one for my home and feel very secure using this lock for my front door.

Electric lock is not motorized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Electric lock is not motorized. You have to manually retract and extend deadbolt. Very expensive for a non motorized electric door lock.
