Works great but only lasted two years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A good simple lock to use for our rental property. Little unhappy it only lasted two years. It has began to intermittent fail to unlock even though you’re turning the knob the mechanism is failing inside

We bought the lock so the kids could have the code and not have to make 5 extra keys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock is build very well, I replaced the other one that was junk and never worked correctly. This lock installed pretty easy and didn’t take anything to figure out how to program the lock.
