Easy physical installation, erratic programming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instructions don’t track with product responses. E.g. no beep when attaching battery. Keypad light colors different than what instructions state. Video is helpful for installation but lacking when dealing with programming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have installed 6 of these keypad deadbolt locks at the last 4 houses that I have owned. They are easy to install and easy to use. I never have had a problem with them and I highly recommend them. My children have installed them at their homes because they are convenient and natural to them.
