[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a cheaper off brand keypad and it lasted 2 months before the key tumblers went bad and couldn't even turn it. Programming would not work to reprogram. Bought 2 new schlage key pad deadbolts and had them programed and installed in 30 mins and it's nite and day difference. Don't be cheap by Schlage
