[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cover screw snapped off threads inside base. Need new base & matching cover screws. See pics where shirt screw broke and put the bottom screws in w out to hole before breaking.

Great product for multi-family properties

I have probably purchased over 100 in that time for various properties that I am involved with. I have also put them on my own home. They are very robust and well made. My plan is to keep using them for the foreseeable future.

Great and convenient door lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dead bolt locking system is super easy to install with the instructions being very clear with pictures for reference. This is our second one, since we use the first all the time and love it. It makes everyone the house easier for visitors instead of worrying about losing keys.

Matched extremely well to the old fixtures already on the door. Mother was extremely satisfied with how user friendly it is as well. I know Schlage stands behind their products and if there’s any issues they are more than willing to help and solve any issues. I highly recommend Schlage and all there handles and locks!!!!

I swear, my kids are rough with everything, including these door locks, and these Schlage products haven’t been phased in the slightest!
