[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy another one today as the previous one stopped working after having it for 13 years!! This was a great investment. No loss of keys- ever. I had a situation a couple of years ago where I remembered 30 minutes after I left my home that I left something on- on the stove. I called my neighbor and gave him my changeable code. He was able to go into my home and shut off the stove. It would have taken me another 30 minutes to get home.

Solid Construction, Weak Instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This feels very solid and strong and I was able to install it easily. After that, you're on your own. Unlike our previous lock there's no motor to do the locking, which is fine and while will surely prolong battery life, but some basic instructions about actual use would be helpful. Wasn't to know how to use the key when the battery dies? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving not having to dig for my keys when I arrive home. Installation was simple. All of the locks on our home are Schlage. Great that all locks can be rekeyed so I have only one house key for every door. Only brand I would buy!
