Solid construction, reliable service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the first one of these over 7 years ago. We still have 2 in service. I think someone may have tried to force the one on the front door but the door was not breached. Just purchased a replacement because we were so pleased with the life and great service from the original. We like the fact the lock is just a lock and not connected to Bluetooth or WiFi. We also like that multiple codes can easily be added and removed. Great for temporary guest access!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Key doesn't seem to work flawlessly. Most of the time it just spins. And when it dies lock, key can't be removed without unlocking.

Love Schlage products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 2 of these locks and one won't engage the lock when pressing the Schlage button. The keypad turns blue and you have to enter the code to lock and unlock. The other works fine. Is this a programmable setting, I can't find any help on this issue. Other than this, the quality is what I'd expect from Schlage.
