In changing the battery, we accidentally broke the connecting line to the battery so had to get a new one. It’s easy to install and it is also easy to use, great instructions included

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a piece of junk. I can’t remember the last product I bought. It was such a poor design. If I hadn’t already paid someone to install it I would hundred percent send it back. Shame on Schlage and top it off I didn’t see any instructions in the box on how to use it just how to program it but not how to use the deadbolt all the Spinny Spinny Spinny.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
