Poor functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are VERY disappointed in this product. The numbers don't always connect and we have to start over. Sometimes it takes 6-8 trys to get into the house. We have had other Schlage locks similar to this unit without any issues. This is very frustrating and stressful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realize how dependent I had become on my Schlage keypad until my previous one broke. The few days I had to go without it were genuinely devastating — suddenly getting in and out of my own house felt like it took forever!
This newer model feels like a definite upgrade. I especially love the tactile feel of the buttons; they’re noticeably crisper and more responsive than on my previous Schlage keypad, and the illuminated buttons make it easy to use at night.
Beyond the convenience, having a keypad gives me a surprising amount of peace of mind. We have dogs at home, so being able to give trusted friends and family their own code means someone can easily get into the house if they ever need to check on them. I also love being able to personalize, add, remove, or change codes as needed, giving us much more control over who has access to our home without having to hand out physical keys.
After going a few days without one, I can confidently say I never want to go back to a regular deadbolt. The convenience, security, and flexibility of the Schlage keypad have become one of those little home upgrades I absolutely take for granted — until it’s gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into a new home and purchased our 3rd generation of Camelot locks. We love these locks for reliability in MN/WI winters! Having easy codes for kids and guests are great, Lastly, the auto lock feature is why our house stays secure. We have been using these locks for over 12 years now, 3 houses. Very happy customers.
