[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always used Schlage & was disappointed with this purchase. When using the key, you have to turn it to a certain degree (guessing) and then turn it back to a certain degree to remove the key. It took me too long to unlock the door then remove the key , so it’s def not the lock for me. Hopefully the other Schlage lock I purchased is the right fit for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So easy to use!

And if you ever need to have someone get into your house when you're away, you can set up a code just for them. It's a great investment and we couldn't be happier with our purchase! I'd buy it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement of just keypad with deadbolt. The original lasted for 10 years and only have out because of heavy abuse by our kids. They had a tendency to crank on the dial full force. I appreciate that I didn't have to buy the whole set with door handle again and that this model in this color still existed after all this time. Not having to carry a key around is great for the whole family. Easy install and programming.
