Overall a good device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was easy however the bolt felt flimsy before I used screws that were longer than those provided. I used longer screws on the faceplate as well. Overall a good device easy to use great touchpoints that are easy to read. And quick to respond. The lighting is good as well. Having used this for nearly 3 weeks im impressed and look forward to the ease of use for years to come

Love the convenience of not carrying a key

I got a little confused at the end bc I didn’t realize that the lock had to be manually turned after programmed code was entered. I love the convenience of not carrying a key but I also needed key for my elderly Mom. She prefers the key
