[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 3 failed reinstall attempts and near readiness to return the product, my wife suggested trying a different 9V than what came with the install. I assumed it was a good battery because the front keypad lit up. However, my wife was right and the battery that came with it had enough voltage to light the keypad but not enough to rotate the cam.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We love Schlage products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have secured our home with Schlage Keyless entry and Deadbolts for years. The Handlesets are sturdy and the finish is beautiful. A downside to this product is the silicone coated buttons on the keypad pop off after a while.
