[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace the original that the builders installed. The first one lasted a little over a year before it ceased to function. I hope this one lasts longer than the first one. I used the same product to replace because the holes are already drilled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought and installed the first one but would not work. Bought a second one thinking I just got a defective one but then it too had the same issues.

Great looking and functioning lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reliable and solid keypad for the front door. Easy to program with your own codes. Only comes with 1 key and it takes a minute to figure out how to use it. Hint you have to depress the key hole after inserting the key and turning it. Someone forgot to put it in the instructions. And the finish is going to wear off in 6-8 years. We got to the point of replacing it just to keep it the same finish as the handle below it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well engineered and peeformed as expected for 3 years. Something electronic then failed so lock no longer functional. Schlage warranty was honored with refund as I had already purchased a replacement. Very happy with the company's honoring their warranty and can recommend their products - I have bought many over the years.
