[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacement was so easy. It fit perfectly. Operation is exactly as described. Programming options are excellent, multiple user codes and ability to set a unique programming code. Worked the forst time with no issues.
I was looking for a fully automated lock but this gave all the main features at a very reasonable cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After walking me thru attempted fixes on the phone, the Schlage rep surprised me by telling me it was still under warranty. She sent me a new keypad/deadbolt and it works like a charm. Thrilled with the way the company assists and stands behind their products.
