After walking me thru attempted fixes on the phone, the Schlage rep surprised me by telling me it was still under warranty. She sent me a new keypad/deadbolt and it works like a charm. Thrilled with the way the company assists and stands behind their products.

Can provide acres to anyone in our family with just a code. No keys to keep track of.
Codes can be changed anytime to keep your home secure should code become compromised.
