[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Relatively easy to install and program. The hardest part was upgrading to a larger bore hole from my old lock! Looks good, works good! Very satisfied!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening the box was a little overwhelming. There were a lot of parts and pieces that I was thankful I didn’t need. After the initial install programming, the keypad got easier by the third time. Probably need to program in an easier keypad code for the changing the lock, but for right now this works and will work. i’d recommend a larger screwdriver with a longer handle that’s about it.

I had 1 fail after a few months and Schlage sent me another one very quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have rental properties and have chosen to use this lock across all of them due to its reliability and durability. One of the standout features is that Shaleg offers a lifetime warranty on the lock, which provides added peace of mind.
