Beautifully crafted!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The instructions were detailed enough for anyone to install. Only thing need to add to the instructions is the bolt must be in the locked position to install mounting screws. Must temporarily put on backplate and turn bolt first to access mounting holes. Other than that, the install took less than 10 minutes. Setting up new codes was easy and makes entering much easier ( not fumbling with keys).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Secure Deadbolt - Some programming deviation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very satisfied with my new keypad deadbolt - nice finish, appears very durable and secure when locked. My only caveat is that the reprogramming I experienced was different than what was in the instructions. I followed each step and just kept proceeding through the steps, even though I never had orange or green lights, nor any beeps. But after performing the 5 steps, it was indeed programmed. Maybe the Allegion worksheet 2023) for this 8/7/25 lock build.

Perfect lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was a bit of a challenge but took under an hour (installer "knew what he was doing"...) instructions were a bit too condensed and added possibilities for other features that weren't needed by us. I've had this type of lock for years and when it came time to replace it I wanted the same thing. This is the perfect lock for us. I have a century house and no problems having this deadbolt work on our door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Convenient and Easy-to-use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this deadbolt with keypad about 4 months ago and it's been a game changer. We were having problems with keys getting stuck in our previous deadbolt and needed to replace it. I wanted someone easy-to-use without too many extra bells and whistles. It needed to open the lock easily and this product does exactly that. We can assign different codes to every family member making it easy for them to get in and remember. No more keys needed to be made and distributed. There's still a master key for emergency access but the keypad makes it easy for everyday use. Simply, click one button and turn the know to lock the door. Then, to unlock it, enter a correct code and turn the knob to unlock it. It couldn't be easier. It's battery operated and the emergency key is available if the battery becomes weak.
