[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought to replace existing. Great but two issues. 1. Only one key. 2. Initial programming did not work. Had to go to default programming three times before lock would work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I tell you that we were terrified to change out this lock on our own, that is not an exaggeration. My husband and I both usually end up bickering during any installation. This was easy and painless! There are even videos to help those of us less fortunate in the “handyman” category! Don’t be afraid;)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it this afternoon install it this evening it was great. Programming wasn’t super easy so that’s why it only gets a four and not a five.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the “keyless” entry locks on 5 homes. I have never had any problems with them. They provide a simple way for my family and friends to access my homes without the worry of lost or confused keys. Batteries seem to last forever too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! I use it for my garage. And it's great it has key option because my mother inlaw visits and goes into the spare fridge and it's hard for her to remember the code. So the key works great
