Easy to use and long lasting dependability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the “keyless” entry locks on 5 homes. I have never had any problems with them. They provide a simple way for my family and friends to access my homes without the worry of lost or confused keys. Batteries seem to last forever too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock feels sturdy and ergonomics are good. The lock system feels nice and the finishes are good. I tried to use this lock for my air bnb and it was constantly malfunctioning to where the deadbolt would spin freely after typing in my passcode. Sometimes I could get it to reingage by doing it several more times but it’s not reliable at all. I have installed two of these locks in the last year and from what I’ve seen I will not be purchasing electronic locks from Schlage again. It’s too temperamental. I did just install a third now manual lock and I have high hopes for this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacing Previous Schlage lever lock system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found it impossible to match my previous lock system with dual Whitney lever handles. Changed to Keypad Security Set FBE365 V CAM 716 ACC. Set was missing 9 Volt battery that was mentioned on the packaging. Disappointed - Installation was relatively easy
