Needed replacement but quick customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A metal piece broke inside before the warranty expired. Good fast customer service. Had to replace with identical product however I'm not thrilled that when it was broke the key wouldn't work either and had to leave my door unlocked while out. Thankfully I have 2 guard dogs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
