Replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had purchased our original one in May 2022. Purchased the replacement today, February 14th 2024 and installed it period
We had issues being able to lock and unlock utilizing the keypad, hoping the replacement will exceed our expectations. Open to be able to return the old one.
