I bought and installed the first one but would not work. Bought a second one thinking I just got a defective one but then it too had the same issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock a couple of weeks ago and installed it at my house. I like the capability within the app of setting up codes for each family member as well as a temporary code for people who may need to access the house at times. Installation is easy, just like a normal deadbolt and I find the app easy to navigate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a great upgrade for our home. Makes it incredibly easy to be able to have anyone we need come check on our pups or us to go on walks and still be able to secure house without carrying keys.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first one a year ago placed on my back door. I have now bought two more because it makes it so easy to lock the house and not have to carry any keys. Very easy to install, program and use
