Simple install and effective deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my old Schlage deadbolt and this new Keypad Deadbolt and it fit perfectly. Only needed my Phillips screwdriver and took about 15 minutes. Instructions sheet were good but I watched the YouTube installation video which was even better. There is a second video on programming which is very thorough and makes programming the unit simple if you even want to program the unit. Programming isn't necessary because the unit comes with a entry code. Programming just allows you to customize your own number set. Very happy so far.
My only question now is can this unit have the lockset retumled to my old original key or do I need a bunch of new keys made?.

Great while it lasts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, no electronics or complicated Wi-Fi. Works great, but, eventually the spring that allows you to turn the bolt wears out and just spins. I looked up a fox and it really didn’t work. Replaced it with the same model because it’s reasonably priced.

No more keys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of my kids misplacing their house keys and handing out keys for pet sitters. I decided to give this keypad lock a chance and it made everything so simpler, I bought a second for another door. Now not only can we all get in with codes, I can give separate codes to house or pet sitters, and I can access my locks from my phone. I get alerts anytime the doors are unlocked and can lock them from anywhere if my kids forget to do that. Fantastic product that makes life easier.
