Decent but needed a replacement to get to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2nd lock went in and worked right away. Had to return 1st due to not working. Instructions were much better than the 1st lock. 2nd instructions lacked information on how to program, did not have a link like the 1st set of instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy install, terrible instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation is simple enough, but would be an absolute breeze if the instructions were more than images. Clearer labeling of the screws would be helpful (which goes where) as well as more actual written instruction. Some of us still read to process steps, rather than only relying on pictures. Programming is simple and product is easy to use once installed. Instructions are lacking a step by step of how to use the lock once it's installed, however. (Specifically how to lock the door)

Ergonomic, Secure, and EASY to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were trying to match the previous lock and door handle system and color but with the upgrade of combining a keypad feature. We discovered the system to be more
secure because of the bolt and extra feature
for actually locking the door. It’s an awesome benefit. The previous key lock system required two hands to lock and unlock the
front door… not fun if your hands are full.
Now, all I need to do is touch up the paint on the door!
