[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these locks and enjoy the functionality of the locks. The app seems to work really well. I did have to replace one of the locks after 5 years. The lock stopped communicating and I had to drive 400 mi to replace it so we could let our guests in. And I hope the other one lasts longer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy install and setup.love the design, we upgraded from encode to the plus, went with Schlage for security
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Camelot Encode smart deadbolt lockset was easy to install, program, and connect with the app. The app is super well designed slowing you to monitor who is unlocking the door and also the ability to auto-lock the door when someone forgets to lock it. Peace of mind.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it worked perfectly the first year I had it, but then we moved and to a new house and the struggle started after a year. It would use batteries every week. And the keypad became unresponsive. It’s hard to turn it on, even though I’ve done a factory reset on it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for apple homekey and it works amazing. Keypad usage is a learning curve but works as expected.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart lock works great for my large household! The only issue I encountered is the Apple Home integration via iPad, as advertised. I was under the assumption that multiple members would be able to use Apple Home Key to access the lock. However, since I do not own Apple Home Pod, only one person can do so. If I had known that, I would have purchased a different lock, possibly the Encode for a classier look and to not pay for a useless function.
