Great Product and Support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Encode Plus locks by Schlage. We are on our 4th one, covering all doors into our house. We had a warranty issue with one and the team quickly replaced when troubleshooting failed to correct the issue. They stand behind their products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought bronze reluctantly, would rather have bright brass to match the rest of the passage set. I like the lock, it does everything I want. Easy installation and setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was smooth. Compared to my previous smart lock, this Schlage’s hardware functions markedly better. For something that gets so much use, this lock is a solid upgrade and worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great lock. Super easy installation. So many options for unlocking as well. Very quality materials and design which matched up well with our previous non-smart lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing quality. Easy installation. A must for busy families and all the kids friends. We all have our own code and I can see who unlocked the door through the app. Forget about the price…it’s an investment!
