Didn’t meet expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Strains to open/close; burns through batteries in very short time. ALWAYS losing connectivity. Have repeatedly had to delete the lock from the app and reinstall. Hard push on the keypad for ea digit of the code input to register which goes against the ‘hands free’ idea of having the lock, i.e., it won’t unlock via the app while seated in the driveway.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great lock, no geofencing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this lock about a month ago as an upgrade to the previous Smart lock I had. It has a lot of additional features that I really like, including integration with Airbnb, and NFC compatibility. However, it is missing Geo fencing so I cannot set it up to automatically unlock when I get home, which is disappointing. That is one feature my previous lock had that I really liked and miss with this new lock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Voltage Sensitive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2nd Schlage smart door lock. Previous Z-wave model certain board failed after 2.5yrs. Bought Wi-Fi model.
Had issues replacing batteries
Schlage support said
1) Only use Alkaline no Li-ion
2) Don't use high capacity or Ultra Alkalines
3) Replace with only out 3 new and 1 slightly drained Alkaline batteries

Had further issues with deadbolt gear getting stuck until I replaced the batteries.
In my opinion the circuit board could benefit from some capacitors or resistors or something to better handle voltage dips and spikes.
The Wyze smart lock looks to be better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
