Batteries die in 20 days; reconnect to wifi hard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you lose wifi connection, Schlage app wont reconnect to wifi. Have to readd as new lock which means readding all the access codes. Batteries last only 20 days unless you disconnect from other apps like Ring & apple Homekit. Took me months to find out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally getting with the times!

Written instructions and videos were great. I’m so pleased with it that I will be ordering another for our lake place!
