[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed the encode plus on my new home in June. Lock works great manually and with the keypad. Could not pair the app and the lock but I kept trying to work. Finally wrote support in an email and they hand me factory reset and now the app is working. Great support

Easy to replace existing deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Wi-Fi deadbolt was the perfect replacement even on an exterior door that is 100 years old. Maybe 10 minutes to install and five minutes to get set up on the network with the app.
