Good but battery life could have been improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4 Duracell AAA batteries lasted about 7-8 months with normal usage.
Autolock feature will show as locked even if the door is open due to lack of intelligence.
Overall good experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new housing and connection is a very good idea. Use to have water drop on top of my battery cover. Due to condensation. The new housing design has made a good thermal barrier.

Easy setup, easy install. Admin a little tricky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this with the intention installing on the garage door but ended up getting installing on the back door of the house instead and moved the smart sense lock to the garage instead.
The home key unlock feature means and Apple Watch or iPhone can unlock the deadbolt with a tap, which is much easier when your arms are full.
Install went well, the new battery holder removed the old style 9v cable connection which was brittle to a pogo style connector, hopefully it will be a bit more robust.
Primary complaint is that I can’t seem to find a way to batch copy the user access info from on lock to another, nor could I find an easy way to offer a houseguest the home key without it seems making them a resident.
The older home sense lock seemed a bit louder to give keypad button feedback, the encode seems a bit too quiet.
