Great idea but poor execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very difficult to program into Apple Home. I have to replace batteries every 2 weeks. Difficult to connect to wifi even though router is 10 feet away. Confusing directions for setting up and connecting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Encode Plus Smart WiFi lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 3 of these lioks for my music school and tried to install them but things didn’t line up well so I had a locksmith finish the install. I’ve had some issues with the reliability but I relocated the router and haven’t had any trouble since. I love being able to open and close all the doors from my cell phone wherever I am. I’m going to get one for home as well.

I was excited about the ability to use my Apple Watch to unlock the door, but haven’t actually gotten that far. The ability to schedule access to specific users is great and the history and notification capabilities have been even better than my hopes for a product at this price point.

Great smart lock option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced another brand smart lock with this deadbolt. I liked it so much I replaced three other locks on other homes with the same. It’s a great product, easy to install, nice finish, flawless functionally and a good app. Battery life is good too.
