Disconnects from WiFi and lock stops working
on November 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is extremely annoying as it randomly disconnects from WiFi and the keypad stops working. We checked the lock battery and our WiFi connection is strong, none of our other WiFi devices have issues staying connected. When the lock disconnects the only way to operate the lock is with a key, which is problematic for those with out keys who commonly open my door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect lifestyle fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I share my residence with guests and even though I’ve been using Schlage for over a decade, the encode plus allows me to conveniently and remotely create code access for guests. The best part is that my family and I don’t even need codes. We just create key cards and open up through our phones and watches. 😊

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Researched enough before installing these smart locks for a complete seamless integration with homekit. Can’t recommend enough to anyone looking for realtime status and peace of mind in terms of code assignments and withdrawl, home automation etc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have three of these locks and they work great. No key required and the piece of mind that you remembered to lock the door is so valuable.

Great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought an off brand deadbolt that lasted for only 3 months… instead of going with Schlage! Bad choice! Immediately after taking this Schlage out of the box, the quality difference was so obvious! Don’t make the same mistake we made… the Schlage might be a bit more exepensive, but it’s well worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is super durable and I’ve had it for 5 and a half years with nothing but good things to say. I love that I am able to lock and unlock the deadbolt from the ring app which makes security even easier. It also comes with a built in alarm to alert of a break in. I love this product and would recommend to anyone who is in the market for a good smart lock.
