[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but trouble with this lock. The key pad doesn’t work ½ the time, then it will arbitrarily lock the door when I go ourtside and the key pad doesn’t work and I am LOCKED OUT!! This has happened NUMEROUS TIMES! I am really dissatisfied with this lock
