Disconnects from WiFi and lock stops working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is extremely annoying as it randomly disconnects from WiFi and the keypad stops working. We checked the lock battery and our WiFi connection is strong, none of our other WiFi devices have issues staying connected. When the lock disconnects the only way to operate the lock is with a key, which is problematic for those with out keys who commonly open my door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect lifestyle fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I share my residence with guests and even though I’ve been using Schlage for over a decade, the encode plus allows me to conveniently and remotely create code access for guests. The best part is that my family and I don’t even need codes. We just create key cards and open up through our phones and watches. 😊

Best homekit integration
