Peace of mind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had a Nest/Google lock, which doesn't come with a backup key. Somehow, my codes stopped working and I was locked out with no way in. Thank goodness I had my mobile phone to enter a new code, else I would have had to break in. In addition, there were many times I had to reset the Nest lock to factory settings for various reasons. I finally threw it in the trash and had the Schlage Encode smart lock installed. What a relief and peace of mind to have a backup key. I love the sleek look and setup was a breeze. It even allowed a connection to Alexia. Exceptional product, thank you!!!!

I managed to set up the app and users, etc. everything works great and just as expected! At this point, I have nothing negative to say and am very pleased with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty simple install. As with other locks it is necessary to have your door shimmed properly for the bolt to seat and lock properly.
So far no issues and the app integrates with google home seamlessly.
