[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great lock. It works very well, but be sure to use energizer Max batteries not the regular kind. Otherwise you will begin to have issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in order to use my phone to tell when the door is securely locked and when it is open. The problem is that, of course, it monitors the lock itself, not the door. In other words, the door can be open, but the lock closed. An employee could conceivably engage the lock but leave the door open. Another door issue: while testing the remote features when I first got the lock, I unlocked the door remotely, but then could not lock it again! The door released when the lock was opened and moved just enough inward so that the mechanisms were no longer aligned! I could not lock it! I had to jump in the car and rush to the building, a half hour away, to pull the door tight. All that time, anyone could have entered! So yes, the lock itself and the WiFi work fine, but be aware that it’s not foolproof.

lock works in lower temperatures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate this lock and work in lower winter temperatures. The keypad is responsive and being able to program. The codes on my phone is much nicer than the less automated locks. I like that if the tenant forgets to lock the door, it will lock itself after a pre-program time.

A great upgrade

This newest upgrade is amazing because I can just tap my Apple Watch to it and it opens or locks. It is also much more reliable over years compared to its presence which I had to replace about every other year. I now have many of these on my home in office and they are amazing.
