Reliable and attractive smart lock for front door

Great lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new house and found the old "smart" lock was garbage. It had been installed so it didn't lock well and would try and lock automatically, ultimately braking the lock. We upgraded to the Encode and have been very happy. We love being able to make sure it is locked when we are away from home. Only complaint is the instructions showed an extra trim piece for the strike plate that was not relevant to our model. It caused me to install a wrong part where instead I needed to enlarge the recess for the strike plate. One I figured that out it was an easy installation and setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these locks for years and when we moved, the new house had different locks and when it got cold out you had to press the buttons several times to get them to work. Pulled those out and put in the Schlage keyless and problem solved! Great lock set!
