[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We initially bought 2 smart locks when we bought our home a few years ago and have no issues with them until the last couple of months when one of the metal tabs dislodged and no longer connected to the battery. I reached out to Schlage and they immediately resolved the issue by sending us a new lock as it was not something that could have otherwise been resolved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this deadbolt because of other electronic door handles I have. My granddaughter at 6 knows the code and she easily enters my house and knows how to lock it. I love the safety of its features.

Amazing deadbolt with fast reaction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this less than a month ago and I have never had a deadbolt react so quickly after I press the unlock button. I’ve had multiple brands of deadbolts in the past that I’ve never lived up to the way that this one does.
