No more lost keys!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we had our front door replaced, we upgraded to a digital lock. Our two teen boys had lost sooo many keys I’m not sure how safe our house actually was.
The new encode lock is convenient, secure, and simple.
Everyone in the family has their own unique entry codes, and I can set up a temporary code for the folks that watch our cats when we are away! I can also remotely lock and unlock the door via the app(s).

No more do the kids sit outside the house for hours because they left their keys in the house, or at a friends, or on the bus, or…
I am thankful to have one less key on my key chain. I tend to be a minimalist when it comes to my keychain, so the fewer I have to physically carry the better.
My residence only has one deadbolt locked door, but I would spend the money to purchase more if we had more doors that required them.
Will purchase again for my next residence.

I’m running 6 Encode Plus’

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was running 6 Encodes for a few years. No issues and worked great. Once the Plus variant came out I replaced the whole lot with the Plus as I am moving to HomeKit and Matter over Thread.
Even though the Plus was first to market with this (really) new tech, the product was surprisingly stable.
Good job to the Schlage engineers and thank you to the Schlage execs who approved what at the time was a risky move.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good lock, shaky technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was easy to assemble and set up. Solid design and the keypad works great. After about 2 weeks it disconnected from the WiFi. There are many WiFi devices in the house that all continue to work fine. The lock is within 20' of the router. After doing some research it seems this is a common problem. I would not purchase this lock due to the glitch Wifi connection.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
