[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock looks good and seems to work well, but having installed 3 I can confidently say that the Indide Assembly Screws are too short and may slice right through the cable. The cable on the inside portion of the lock generally hangs directly over one of the screw holes. Meanwhile, the screws barely reach the backplate and have almost no purchase there.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate the flexibility and control that a digital doorlock like this provides! Works for all the assigned users well!
Setting temporary access codes is difficult. It takes multiple tries and is prone to errors. The app suggests retrying which eventually works but is annoying.
