[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock a month agai and impressed with all of the methods to lock and unlock. I can tap my watch, my phone, us the Schlage app on my phone, use the keypad, Alexa, and more.

Great lock with lots of features

Great warranty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Twice the lock failed to work and all but the last time I could be walked through repair on the phone. When the repair didn’t work they sent me a new lock.

Poor battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Would not buy this model again. First lock was eating batteries in 2 weeks. Schoage replaced at no cost and now the replacement lock has lost 10% of the battery life in 2 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
