Simple to install and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was the easiest install I have ever done. It was under 20 minutes to installl and 5 minutes to add app to program. Love the feature on the app to tell me who is opening and closing the lock. Someone in the house has been leaving the door unlocked but when asked. No one ever knew who. Now I will know.
The single button to lock is so simple. Can set one time codes for the pet walker.
May have to update all my doors.

Amazing for a new home owner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a new homeowner having the stress of locking the door and unlocking it it very stressful but since I have bought this lock I honestly feel like everyone should get this smart one, since you can control it with your phone and it really is hassle free. Even the installation was a piece of cake. Security wise I have used the provided long Phillips screws and I am stress free! Thank you for having such an amazing product for such a great price Schlage, I honestly have bought two more of these for my family members and installed them and now they are aware of who opens the door and when the door opens without having to buy extra equipment.

Easy to add users even if they don’t use HomeKit and the flexibility programming features is easy and effortless.
Great value for the price! Highly recommend.

It turns off and off every once in a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product turns off and on every once in a while. It seems like it resets, and it forces me to wait until it turns back on. There’s steady wifi connection and fresh AA batteries. I want to like this product so much given the brand, but I get so frustrated when it happens when I’m in a rush. Sometimes it’s just off for a minute, and then it finally resets and turns back on, allowing me to lock the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's programmable in 4 or 6-digit codes, can be monitored from away, keeps a history if there codes used, can be changed easily, programmed easily, have a code deleted easily. I gave absolutely no complaints about it at all. Would love to have them at Homer, at work, everywhere!!
