Need to be more durable

Unfortunately, durability has been an issue. We’ve had to replace three locks in just four years. The battery life also gets progressively worse over time. Eventually, even brand-new batteries only last a few days before needing to be replaced.

Installation was straightforward, but based on our experience, the long-term reliability has been disappointing.

Smart lock replacement

Replacement install easy (in-kind) Had several extra parts handle @ barrel sleeves
whose use wasn’t explained on installation
instructions ?
Only issue seems to be WiFi connection.
Have max WiFi bars on phone @ door, but lock isn’t seeing …. WiP @ this point

Don’t waste your money on any other lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do apartment rentals. I’ve tried many locks. I wish I chose this brand and model over all of the others. If I could do it again and going forward I’m only using this one. It makes my life easy. I can track everything. It’s reliable and attractive. It costs a little more that a lot of brands but, I see why. It’s worth the money. Good investment!
