Great lock and easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They recommended me a dead lick but was concerned about having to relock every time. Tourn out that this one has auto lock so I don’t have to worry about and I get notified on my phone when it does.

Excellent easy to install smart lock

I especially like the smart feature which lets me use WIFI or Apple HomeKit to lock and unlock remotely or use Home Key to tap my phone or Apple Watch without the need to use the touchpad . Also I like the fact it operates quietly and long battery life

Very Good Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Encode Plus as a replacement for an August lock. The install was very very easy. The lock itself is well put together and functions exactly as advertised. I've had the lock in place for a few weeks and no internet drops or signal losses, it always opens as expected, and the lock action is good. I'm pretty happy with the purchase. My only complaint is that the lock will lock even if the door is left open. My security tells me about open doors. But it would be helpful for the lock to know the difference!

Easy to install and use
