1 lock works great, the second doesn’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had an Encode lock for a number of years. We loved it so much we bought a second for another exterior door of our house. It worked for. For a couple months. Then the keypad stopped working. Taking out the batteries and putting them back in would make it work again, but only momentarily. Now even when the key pad is working the bolt will not operate when a code is entered only a red light flashes and beeping occurs.
Assuming Schlage can replace this lock for me under warranty with an operating lock I would still recommend the lock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Makes My Life a Lot Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this lock on my short-term rental home. It is so great to be able to remotely add a new lock code for new guests at our home. It really comes in handy when they do a short notice booking and I can program the lock and send them the code in a few minutes.

Easy to replace existing deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Wi-Fi deadbolt was the perfect replacement even on an exterior door that is 100 years old. Maybe 10 minutes to install and five minutes to get set up on the network with the app.
