Fantastic features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had trouble installing until my research found my wi-fi provider had ‘enhanced’ our system to a smart wi-fi that combined our 2.5 and 5.0 GHz. After I split them and created a 2.5GHz guest channel to accommodate my Schlage Encode lock the install was easy- peasy. Best lock to easily setup entry codes for different people and be able to track who is accessing the premises. Would recommend this lock to anyone.

Only Smartlock you’ll ever need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the best smart lock you’ll ever need. the setup takes about 10 minutes from unboxing to fully functioning and locking your door. The multiple access codes are extremely useful to know who is entering your house. The cross functional tech is also extremely nice as the product intertwines with Apple and various other products. If you need a smart lock this is the one you need to purchase.

Great features, simple install and use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, my mom is 88 and can see and navigate the lock. Backlight is just bright enough, not too bright to obscure vision in the night. Lock was simple to install and easy to setup. So far so good with operation!! 10/10 rating!!

Great Lock, Bad Apple

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart lock works great for my large household! The only issue I encountered is the Apple Home integration via iPad, as advertised. I was under the assumption that multiple members would be able to use Apple Home Key to access the lock. However, since I do not own Apple Home Pod, only one person can do so. If I had known that, I would have purchased a different lock, possibly the Encode for a classier look and to not pay for a useless function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it worked perfectly the first year I had it, but then we moved and to a new house and the struggle started after a year. It would use batteries every week. And the keypad became unresponsive. It’s hard to turn it on, even though I’ve done a factory reset on it.
