Great dependable lock!

Works well with WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an Encode at my condo, and I had three Encode Plus units installed at my new house. The old Encode was very finicky when it came to pairing with WiFi, but the new Plus locks were a breeze. Very satisfied that I went with Schlage again.

Great keypad deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the final lock set I installed today and the one I was most intimidated to do. Turns out I didn't need to worry. Other than needing to chisel the frame for the strike plate (totally not the fault of the product), I was able to install it without any issues. I was also able to download the app, program the lock, and add access codes for the family. There were other features that I didn't even know it had, such as scheduling a time for it to automatically lock, which are pretty cool. I also like that it synchs with my Ring app, a process that was also very easy. I like the look of the device and how the keypad only lights up when you touch it.

Easy set up and trouble free for over four years.

Slow response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Connect version which used Z wave and integrated with my Ring alarm system. It was very quick, responsive. However, this version, which uses WiFi, is slow to react.
