Great for short term rentals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We currently use these on 14 rentals. Very good functionality. Easy to change codes and send to guests. I like the feature that gives you step-by-step instructions whenever you change the code.

High tech meets Traditional style

We were looking for an aesthetically pleasing yet high-tech smart lock for our home. The lock looks beautiful and matches our style perfectly. The usability is incredible - my 5 year old daughter has her own code and I get notified every time she comes home.

It seemlessly integrates with the platform and generates a unique code for each guest that is valid only during their stay. Every guest has given my check-in process a 5-star rating because of this lock. If you own an STR, you need this lock.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago and not having to have the WiFi extender makes things work faster and seems more consistent. The only thing I haven’t figured out why it constantly says I replaced the batteries almost daily on the app history. I have never taken it apart since first installed. Bit pricey for little issues like this but we will see how it works out!
