[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit was easy to install. Attempted the firmware update, but it didn’t work. However, the unit updated on its own. The unit provides up 100 codes and I like the 5 code digit option. I’ve recommended to other family members. Well built and sturdy.

Simple and Effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Encode offers all the features that we were looking for and allows us to unlock the house for our friends and family, provide unique codes for our housekeepers and gives us peace of mind that our house is still secure. Also very simple to install and connect to the WiFi.

It has jammed a couple of times right out of the gate. Resetting remotely or hand turning the lock fixed it. Keeping an eye out on this though.

Battery drains fast with sun light
