[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lock works really well. The touch pad is very responsive and the app works well. It was really easy to install and it was ok to set up on the wifi. The only downside is the app lags a little bit and it is loud on the outside. I wish I could enter the code just to unlock it but it will lock it as well.

Easy to use and install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock in everything I wanted! I no longer need to carry any keys around. It took me like 5 minutes to put it and a few more to connect to wifi. Best decision I made for every to the house. The automatic locking keeps my home safe and the ability to unlock away from home is useful as well!

New Smart Deadbolt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old deadbolt and handle were old and outdated and I considered just swapping for a new model of the same function. I'm glad I decided to spend the extra for the Encode plus. It was easy to install and program. Now I get updates on not only when my door is locked/unlocked but also who it was with the use of personalized combinations. My granddaughter can get in and out of the house without keeping up with a key and I know I can unlock the door for emergency personnelif my elderly mother needs assistance while I'm at work. With 5 adult kids, I don't have to keep up with where all the keys to my home are. It has been a worthwhile security investment.
