Lock works, wifi connection Does not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always fun and preferred lock if Schlage.
When their wifi lock came to market purchased it.
After calling support twice and trying too many different options app only works with Bluetooth. It's one of the top line lock, accept better solutions.
Would think twice to purchase another schlage wifi lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to try and it has been great. It was so easy to install and I love the features to lock automatically or let me know when the door is locked or unlocked. The app is also easy to use.

Very easy to install and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several guests that come and go and needed an easy solution for locking and unlocking. The Encode Plus is easy to install and very easy to use even for non-tech type people. I get a notice on my phone when someone enters or leaves and if the door is left unlocked (which I can lock remotely through the app). I highly recommend it
