Works great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the lock and paired it with the app. It worked pretty well with the Schlage app, though getting it working with Apple home app wasn’t exactly straightforward. A few weeks after, the Schlage app could no longer connect to the lock. The lock would still work when using the keypad but the app couldn’t lock or unlock the lock remotely. Had to reset it and go back through setup process on Schlage app. I think this happened due to either an app update or an iOS update. It’s been working fine since then.

Nice upgrade to smart locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with these smart lock upgrades to 2 of my deadbolts. They integrate very easily with Alexa and I can see when each door is locked or unlocked. I can assign different codes to various people but I haven't done that yet. Just using 2 codes for now. There was a misprint in the install instructions though. Instead of the double(2) strikes plates shown in the directions, there is only one large strike plate. A quick email cleared that up.
Nice long screws to go into the door jamb as well. one of the two was a new deadbolt install. So I had to drill out a hole for the bolt. Luckily the bolt has a slight taper to the end so you don't have to get the hole exact.
Overall, very pleased with the locks. Keypads work well also. Nice solid tones when pushing the buttons. Also Alexa can lock and unlock them as well.

Best Wi-Fi lock on the market
