Great lock! Fairly easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Encode Plus lock is great! Looks and feels high quality, was very easy to install and set up, and has been working great. I love how quiet it is when locking/unlocking and the app is easy to use. My only complaint is that it’s difficult to see the numbers before the backlight comes on if you don’t have another light source at your door. Just something to be aware of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a great experience with this device so far just be sure that you complete the set up and program it with your device. If you use the manual configuration and then choose to do the app later, you’re resetting everything. I do miss the tactile feedback of the buttons from the previous model, but this one had Wi-Fi and was a good upgrade.
